Since 2000, Island Rose has sold a wide variety of roses and other flowers, as well as chocolates, jewelry, stuffed animals, fruit baskets, and other gift items. The site has frequently represented the Philippines as a best-practice model for the use of information technology for small and medium-sized enterprises through the International Trade Center. Island Rose is also the official ecommerce site of the Philippine Cut Flower Corporation.
