Partner Spotlight: IPS Solutions

In the beginning, many new businesses offer specialized services, and then expand their services as their client base and reputation expand. This month’s Partner Spotlight, IPS Solutions, is no exception. Founded in 1999 as a provider of automotive inventory software, IPS Solutions is now a full-service web development company.

“We were looking for several things in an ecommerce partner,” says IPS Solutions founder, Mark Summerfield. “We needed a partner that would allow us to make customizations easily and efficiently. It was also necessary that the administrative platform for the retailer be straightforward and easy to use. Miva Merchant, as a whole, outperformed other ecommerce platforms we tested.”

Services range from Miva Merchant ecommerce web development, photo retouching, inventory management, site copywriting, and social media marketing. While the client roster has broadened to include businesses outside of the automotive industry, vehicle photography and the development of a low cost online inventory management system for small used car dealers have both become an integral part of IPS’s services.

Over the years, the company has helped many Miva Merchant stores develop and maintain their Internet presences. These stores include Wilkins and Olander and  Cheese Cake Heaven.
